By making a purchase from and using this website, you agree to these terms. We therefore ask that you carefully read through these terms and conditions before using our site.

Order Confirmation

Once we have received your order, we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing an order. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any future contact with our customer support team. The confirmation also serves as your receipt proving that you have completed your purchase.

If you notice any issues, please contact info.elyssiashop@gmail.com immediately and include your order number.

Cancel/Modify an Order

We process orders very quickly, which makes it difficult to make changes or cancel an order, as your package is grouped alongside hundreds of other orders waiting to be picked up by our carrier. If you change your mind about a purchase after your order has been packed and shipped, you must receive the product, request a return shipping label through our support team, and cover the cost of return shipping. The shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount once the package has been received back at our warehouse.

Payment

You can choose to pay via debit or credit card, or by invoice (administered by Klarna, and only available for deliveries to Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland). You can read their terms and conditions on Klarna's website. Klarna processes your payment with secure encryption and in accordance with strict banking standards. Elyssia does not handle any debit or credit card numbers itself.

Damaged Shipments Upon Delivery

If your package is delivered to you and the outer packaging is visibly damaged, you must photograph the damage before opening the package, and attach these photographs to us if you later file a claim for missing and/or damaged products. If photographs of the outer packaging damage are not taken before opening the package, we will not be able to process any claim for missing and/or damaged products that are suspected to have been caused during transit.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free shipping across Europe for all of our orders! 

Right of Return & Claims

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. To use your right of cancellation, you must contact us via email before the deadline expires. Once you have notified us, you must return the item within a reasonable timeframe and in essentially unchanged condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise specified. We will process refunds within 14 days of receiving and approving the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

If an item is faulty or defective, you have the right to file a claim in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Contact us as soon as possible via email and include your order number along with clear images showing the issue. If your claim is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement, a price discount, or a full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Cookies

Elyssia.se uses so-called cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer that contains information and is necessary to keep track of what is in your shopping cart. We use so-called session cookies to provide our e-commerce services, and your web browser must accept cookies for you to add items to your cart. If you oppose the storage of cookies, you can disable this function by accessing the "Settings" menu in your web browser.

Force majeure

Elyssias will be exempt from liability for damages or other consequences resulting from circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances include government intervention, new or amended legislation, war, fires, floods, work stoppages, bans, restrictions, sabotage, poor transportation and weather conditions, delayed deliveries from suppliers, or if Elyssias or its collaborative partners are affected by criminal activity.

Amendments

Elyssias may review these general terms and conditions and our privacy policy from time to time. Each time you purchase an item from us, the terms and conditions in effect at that time will apply to the agreement between you and Elyssias. You should therefore regularly visit this page to stay updated on the content of our general terms and conditions.

Third Parties

The information we collect may be shared with our close collaborative partners for analytical purposes. No personal information will be transferred, exchanged, or published outside of our organization and our trusted collaborative partners.

Discount Codes

Discount codes work differently. Some discounts cannot be combined with each other or applied to items that are already on sale. (Exceptions may apply during promotional campaigns.)

The validity period for all promotional campaigns is determined and announced by Elyssias. Elyssias reserves the right to exclude selected collections or products from any discount campaigns.
