Shipping policy

01 - Delivery Time

We prepare and pack all orders within 3 working days to ensure your items are quickly on their way.

Standard delivery takes approximately 5–9 working days, depending on your location.

Every order comes with a tracking number, so you can follow your package from our warehouse all the way to your door. We will keep you updated along the way so you always know where your order is. Customs duties may apply if items are shipped to or from abroad.

02 - Shipping and Delivery Methods

In the event of delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

03 - Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you can track it on our website. There is also a link in your order confirmation to track your order, so you can follow your package during transit.

NOTE! If the shipment does not fit in your mailbox, it will be left at your door.

04 - Delivery Issues

If items have been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions on how to return the product or to request a potential replacement.
